EVENT

We will have a designated handicapped parking area, along with designated general parking available. Please follow signs the day of the event for the appropriate lots.

Gate entry time depends on your ticket level. VIP ticket holders will receive early air-field access at 10:00am, and the general admission gates will open at 11:30am. The airshow acts will begin at 1:00pm.

Absolutely not. No drones will be allowed per FAA regulations and for the safety of our airshow pilots, staff, and attendees.

No coolers or outside food/beverage will be allowed. There will be vendors onsite that will be available with an array of food and beverage options throughout the day. You may bring a personal sized (20oz or smaller) water bottle/container. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary supplies/coolers.

No, pets are not allowed. Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are permitted in accordance with federal guidelines. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to perform specific tasks or work for the benefit of an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed must be directly related to the individual’s disability. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and, as such, are not permitted. Service animals must be restrained by a leash or harness and must remain under the handler’s control at all times. In accordance with ADA provisions, only two inquiries may be made regarding a service animal: (1) whether the animal is required due to a disability, and (2) what specific work or task the animal has been trained to perform. Individuals are advised to plan accordingly.

There will be no seating provided for general admission. It is suggested to bring a lawn chair or blanket to the event. VIP seating areas will have a chair provided!

**For the safety and enjoyment of all guests and performers, chair umbrellas, shade canopies, tents, and any items that may obstruct the view of other attendees are not permitted in the viewing areas.

Aviation performances are subject to weather or mechanical conditions beyond our control. We do have a backup rain date selected of August 16, 2026. Please monitor your emails, our social media accounts, and our website as we get closer if weather is questionable.
